Meet your educator
E.S. Learning is led by Gigi Athey, RN, BSN — a registered nurse who began her own career as a home health aide. She knows what it feels like to start out, balance work and family, and wonder if you can do this.
You can. In our small classes you’ll learn step by step, practice real skills in the lab until you feel confident, and get honest guidance about exams, certificates, and finding work.

Grant funding
Because E.S. Learning is listed on the NJ Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), you may qualify for state grant funding through One-Stop to cover tuition — if you qualify. One-Stop makes the final decision, not the school.
The best first step is the free virtual Training Orientation. You’ll learn what funding exists, what documents you need, and whether you’re eligible — before you enroll.

The HHA course is 76 hours and takes about 2–3 weeks. It’s hybrid: 60 hours online and 16 hours of clinical / skills training in person.
In-person skills training is at 106 Straube Center Blvd, Suite F-108, Pennington, NJ 08534. The online part of the course is done from home.

Yes — for the NJ nurse aide exam, the written test has an oral version in Spanish (as well as English). If language is a concern, ask us when you call and we’ll explain how it works.
