Certified Nursing Assistant Course

Students learn the core theory ideas and abilities required to offer patient care as a CNA in a health care context, meeting the client/resident's physical, psychological, mental, and spiritual requirements.  Students also study about state and federal legislation, as well as the institutional policies and procedures that govern nursing assistant practice.  Prior to completing the program, students will gain clinical experience providing supervised basic patient care.  Satisfactory completion of the course permits the student to take the competency exam and become certified in the State of New Jersey.

  • 90 hours, consisting of 50 classroom hours and 40 clinical hours. 

  • Accredited by NJ Department of Education Health

  •  Nurse Aide in Long Term Care Facilities Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP)

  • Affordable Payment Plan or One-Stop Approved Traning

  • Workbook and Exam fees included

Requirements:  
•    Understanding of written and spoken English. 
•    High School Diploma or Proficiency Equivalent (GED)
•    Scrubs, Personal Medical Insurance

•    Recent (Less than 6 Month):   2-step PPD/ The QuantiFERON-TB Gold

       Recent ( Less than 6 Months: Flu and Physical

•    Pass Criminal Background Test and Fingerprinting 
•    Random Drug Screening​
